Pricing:

Custom cookies in my signature recipe are $4.58  per cookie with a minimum order of one dozen required. Specialty Flavours are $5 per cookie with a minimum order of one dozen cookies required. Custom sets include up to four designs per dozen and cannot include any copyrighted images or characters. 

Accent cookies may be added to any custom order for $20 per dozen. Accent cookies are designs chosen by me to compliment your custom set. They are typically smaller cookies with simpler designs to keep the price lower.

Logo cookies are priced individually Starting at $5.50+ per cookie. Message me to discuss pricing for your custom logo cookies

Availability:

To check on the current availability of a date, please send a direct message through social  media or email. When inquiring about availability, please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as I get orders. Inquiring about the availability of a date does NOT reserve it for you. Your order is placed and your date reserved only when you’ve received confirmation of such.

Placing an Order:

To place an order please send me a direct message through soical media or email.

Invoices will be sent to your email address via Square and will allow you to pay via credit card. If you cant pay via credit card you can let me know and ill send our EMT information.  Your invoice is good for 72 hours after it is sent. If it is not paid by this time, it will be cancelled automatically.

I do not accept cash or personal cheque’s at this time. 

Picking Up an Order:

The pick-up location for all local orders is at my home at 124 Atkinson Road T9J1E8. Pick up time will be discussed prior and If you do not come in the time frame you selected, your order will be placed in a bin on the front porch of my home and I will not be liable for theft or damage. Once your treats are in your hands I am not responible for any damage that may occur during travel or in any other manner. It will be up to you, the customer to follow the care instructions provided via messenger or on the provided care card if applicable.

I do not offer delivery services.

Cancelling an Order:

Custom cookie orders are nonrefundable but payment may be transferred to a future order if at least seven days notice is given before the originally scheduled pick up or shipping date. 

If I must cancel an order due to an emergency on my part making me unable to fulfill it, a full refund will be issued.

In an event that a customer is not satisfied with the order, the uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and decide on a resolution.

Changing an Order:

Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are done solely at my discretion and depend on my ability to accommodate the request.

Ymm Cookie House© will not disclose personal information that you provide on its Site or square invoicing to any third parties other than to a Company agent except: i) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, or ii) to comply with legal requirements such as a law, regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order, and/or iii) if you are reporting an adverse event/side effect, in which case the Company may be required to disclose such information to bodies such as, but not limited to, Canadian and/or international regulatory authorities.
